There are too many different makes, models and brand names to list them all. We repair all of the popular ones but whatever the brand name, call us and we’ll let you know if we can repair it.
We aim to have an engineer on-site to repair your equipment by the next working day. We can offer an out of hours service for urgent repairs at evenings and weekends. Call for details.
All our engineers have been trained by manufacturers. So 92% of problems can be diagnosed and corrected on the first visit. We can guarantee each successful repair.
That depends on whether it requires parts and if they are available. We would always quote before going ahead with ordering any parts so you know exactly what the costs would be in advance and you can decide whether to go ahead with the work.
The majority of office equipment machines can be fixed with a simple repair – even older models. A firmware update can often resolve issues and give your machine a new lease of life. If a repair is not cost-effective we will always let you know in advance.
Parts for most office equipment machines are available long after the manufacturers stop selling them. Call us to confirm.
Some office equipment engineers are trained for general low level repairs but have not received specialist manufacturer training required to fix the more complex issues. At CJH Solutions we assign skilled engineers with specialist knowledge in the make and model of your specific machine so they can get it fixed for you fast. That’s why our skilled and experienced engineers are able to fix over 92% of problems on a first visit.
Not usually – well-maintained equipment can easily outlast an average lease – sometimes up to 10 years. Long lease agreements can be costly and may not suit your business needs. If a lease agreement is not appealing, second-user equipment can be a good option. Call us for advice.
Generally speaking, yes. They can be more expensive but are made to a higher standard. This does not mean you cannot use alternatives, but you do need to find one that is compatible with your machine.
Yes, used toner supplies are recyclable by way of a free post service. But those that are not are simply empty plastic cartridges and can be put in a recycling bin.
CJH Solutions can also provide details of companies that will supply a collection service for recyclable supplies.
Yes, we currently provide maintenance contracts to a number of schools through the Medway and Kent areas. Many schools are on a tight budget and we can not only supply either new or refurbished machines, but we can advise as to the best long term solutions in order to keep ongoing printing costs at a minimum.
We provide photocopying, fax, copier and printer supply, installation, servicing and repairs throughout Kent, Sussex and London. We will travel further afield for some contracts so please enquire if you are outside of these areas. Based in Medway, Kent, we usually service customers in the areas of Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Strood, Gravesend, Dartford, Sittingbourne, Rainham, Maidstone and the surrounding areas.
We sell a wide a range of stock including toners, waste toners, drum units, fusing units and transfer/belt units,and are able to source most other parts or supplies on your behalf.
We offer maintenance contracts, usually on an annual basis, and we can fully support machines that we supply or install. We can also support and repair other machines and can provide services on an ad hoc basis. We have experience of a wide range of manufacturer’s machines, so please enquire via our contact page about support for your fax machines, photocopiers and printers.
Not only do we supply cartridges, some are prepaid to be returned to the supplier Which we will happily collect and send back on your behalf for free! Other cartridges may be recycled and we can provide details of companies that offer this service.
There are companies that produce some good quality products to rival the manufacturer’s own products but if you use a non-branded cartridge within the first year of purchase you need to be aware that you may void the warranty. We can advise on the best replacement cartridges for your machine by looking at both initial and long-term cost, as high capacity cartridges often work out much cheaper per printed page
Supply of office equipment
Our engineers sign up to a code of conduct to ensure you never feel pressured into buying a new machine when a repair will do the job. However, sometimes it just isn’t cost-effective to repair older machines. In those circumstances, we can advise you on sensibly-priced rental and purchase options.
Yes – we can arrange short or long-term rentals on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Yes - we can supply new machines on lease, or as a one-off purchase.
Yes, we can supply second user machines. All will have been overhauled, serviced, checked, cleaned and in good working order. All second user machines have a three-month warranty on parts and labour (excluding consumables).
All brands have some features which might be better suited to a particular application. However, providing the machine is serviced correctly, it will often be dependent on your personal needs and desires. Call us if you need help deciding.
